February 4, according to foreign media reports, Microsoft on Thursday released to the user through the Connect site, code-named Vail's Windows Home Server Release Candidate.
Vail Home Server is Microsoft's second product to Windows Server 2008 R2-based. Since April of last year, Microsoft began to allow users to try out Vail Sony VGP-BPS8 battery and Sony VGP-BPS9 battery.

Microsoft had previously said the company plans to release the first half of Vail release candidate, but did not say whether this is the last official release before the release candidate.
